2. Appointments in respect of Ministerial posts under Group-IV Services, Class-IV posts under Last Grade Services including the appointments on compassionate grounds and Maintenance of communal rosters.

3. Promotions to all ranks.

 4. Transfers and Postings.

5. Preparation of seniority lists both Civil, AR and Office Staff.
